How quickly can I close my loan?

The typical closing time in our market is 30-45 days. However, it is possible to make things happen faster than that when we work closely together and expedite everything. However, it is important to remember that the seller’s timing and inspections, etc. play a key role in the timing of closing on a home loan. In my opinion it is very important to make sure you have enough time to work through everything without feeling rushed. Buying a home is a big deal and you want to do it right!
