Document Checklist

Before submitting your loan application this is a great time to start getting all of your paperwork together. Here is a list of documents you’ll need to fill out your mortgage loan application:

• W-2 Forms for the past two years
• Federal Tax Returns w/all schedules for the past two years
• Current pay stubs for one month
• Latest Bank Statements
• Most recent 401k, IRA or stocks/bonds statements
• State Issued ID – copy of front/back
• Current mortgage or rental info
