Will I get a copy of the appraisal?
Yes! Appraisals include a ton of details and they are important to keep with your records. You will get a copy of your appraisal in the same manner which you chose to receive your disclosures. If you’d like to get a hard copy of your appraisal, even if it was sent to you electronically, we are happy to provide that for you.
