Why don’t we feature a mortgage calculator on our site?

They can be so misleading! It all depends on the inputs and what factors are included with the calculator. That’s why I think it is very challenging for a consumer to figure out if an online calculator is really giving them the whole story. I see people who convince themselves they can afford nothing…and I see people who think they can afford the Taj Mahal!
